DESCRIPTION: A developer-driven project to introduce a community performance space at the edge of an abandoned military base along San Francisco Bay.

The Performing Arts Center will feature a 500-seat multi-use theatre with state-of-the-art acoustics, as well as a “second space” performance venue, a rehearsal room, audience and performance support spaces, and a café. The double-height lobby will open into a generous outdoor events plaza and the existing waterfront park beyond, while the building’s upper levels will offer outdoor terraces providing sweeping views to the north, south and west.
